Welcome to Nocturnal Veil, where shadowed relics and sacred offerings await. These Terms govern your passage through our realm — by accessing or purchasing from our site, you accept these terms as binding.

1. General Use

By entering this domain (our website), you affirm that you are of legal age in your region, or that you are under the supervision of one who is. Misuse, misrepresentation, or disruption of this site shall not be tolerated — the Veil guards its gates.

2. Purchases & Offerings

When you make a purchase:

• You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete
• You consent to being charged for the full total shown at checkout
• You understand that availability of items may shift without warning — relics are limited, and once claimed, may not return

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or violation of these Terms is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders for UK ONLY, for International Orders there may be a fee which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping times vary by location and circumstance.

Once dispatched, a tracking sigil will be sent to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external forces (postal errors, customs, or disruptions in the natural order).

4. Returns & Refunds

Should your item arrive damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 Hours of its arrival. We will do our utmost to rectify the matter.

We do accept returns based on change of heart, with this we can offer you an exchange ONLY.  Should your chosen item not align as expected, we are open to exchanges for another of equal value. 

An exchange notice should be given within 48 Hours of receiving your order, an exchange will only be granted after an inspection of the returned item.

The item must remain unworn, unmarked, and returned in its original ritual wrapping.

5. Discounts & Codes

Only one discount may be used per order unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to alter or end promotional codes at any time, including those whispered in serpent-tongue.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text, symbols, and artifacts shown on this site are the sacred trademark property of Nocturnal Veil. Reproduction, mimicry, or theft shall awaken consequences both legal and... less tangible.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages — direct or spectral — arising from the use or misuse of our offerings. You accept all items as-is, blessed with their own mysteries and imperfections.

That said, we do not shy from the call of reason. Should an issue arise beyond the ordinary — or if something feels amiss — we invite you to reach out to us at support@nocturnalveil.com. If the spirits are willing, we may find a resolution.
